Foundational positions
Equal access to care
Access should never be limited by exclusive contracts
All patients — regardless of sex, race, religion, or any other designation — deserve equal access to the highest quality of care. OEIS advocates for physicians who can verify appropriate training and credentials to have equal access to the facilities and equipment needed to deliver that care, regardless of specialty — and opposes exclusive arrangements being used to deny staff privileges to qualified practitioners who fall outside them.

Trust must be earned through data, transparency, and accountability
Trust in outpatient care must be earned — never assumed. OEIS is building the standards, the evidence, and the verification that confirm outpatient care meets the highest bar in medicine.
