EDC Training — Registry Access

Thank You for Participating in the Registry!

Participating in the OEIS National Registry is a powerful way for outpatient interventional suites (OIS) to positively and directly contribute to an ever evolving OIS sector.  You"ll be able to:

  • Benchmark your outcomes against national averages and other providers in your practice
  • Provide performance metrics for your practice
  • Provide the highest quality of care to your patients using evidence based best practices

Complete Your EDC Training and Gain Access

EDC training MUST be completed PRIOR to requesting registry access. Follow the steps below.

1. COMPLETE YOUR SYNCRONY EDC TRAINING

Each physician and member of your lab who will enter data must:

A. View the training video that will tour you through the registration and Syncrony platform.

B. View the Updates and Reports training video.

C. Complete a training record for each person entering data using the form below. Please include the training date, name and signature for each person.

NOTE: You will need to upload the signed training form in the next step.

2. REQUEST REGISTRY ACCESS

Each user who requires access to enter or view data in the registry database must complete a request by:

A. Providing some basic user information and uploading the completed Training Record in the Registry Access Request Form. NOTE: Please select your role as either an Investigator or Site Research Coordinator as appropriate. Syncrony will process and send login credentials within 24 hours after they receive the completed access request.

B. Logging in at the OEIS National Registry with your credentials. Then you will be ready to enter data!

The registry utilizes the Syncrony electronic data capture tool that features an interface designed for ease of use, with intuitive and efficient data entry fields.
