NOTE about Using Safari Browser or Apple mobile devices to submit abstracts: If you are trying to use this form in Safari web browser, or on an Apple mobile device, the form may fail to submit your abstract properly. This is a known problem with Safari Browser and some Apple mobile devices. We currently have no reports of problems when using android devices or the Microsoft platform. If you experience a problem, please try to submit the abstract on a desktop/laptop computer and use either Firefox or Chrome web browsers. That should allow you to submit it successfully.

Please let us know by no later than April 7 if you need to cancel your participation in the event.
