Finance Committee

The Finance Committee shall consist of the Treasurer who shall be the Chairperson and members chosen by the President after consultation with the Treasurer and Executive Committee. The functions of the Finance Committee will be to oversee the investments of the society and help prepare the annual budget, as well as reviewing the overall budget and the budget of the Annual Meeting. It shall meet on a quarterly basis or more frequently as needed.
